Free collection is available from our Cheltenham shop (GL postcodes) — we'll email you instructions once your order is ready.

Where possible, our clothing is offered in standard and non-standard leg lengths. If you order a non-standard length made to your child's own measurements, please note it's non-returnable unless faulty — there are no exceptions, so do measure carefully first. See our alterations page for full pricing.
Not quite right? You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 21 days of delivery for a refund.
- Include a completed returns form so we can process things quickly.
- Post to: Sturdy Kids Ltd, Unit V1 Kingsville Road, Kingsditch Trade Park, Cheltenham, Glos GL51 9LX — and include your name, address and phone number.
- We recommend requesting free proof of postage, and using an insured delivery method.
- Delivery and return postage costs aren't refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, and issued within 30 days.
Altered items remain non-returnable other than for a genuine fault.
Please let us know of any shortfall or fault within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (email is fine) and we'll respond within 24 hours. Claims made after 48 hours unfortunately can't be rectified. If your parcel arrives damaged, we'll replace the item free of charge once we have proof of the damage.
We accept Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, JCB, PayPal Pay in 3 and Klarna (not American Express), processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. All transactions are in GBP. We check prices as part of our dispatch process — if we spot a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm how you'd like to proceed.
